The Botanist

"So what exactly am I taking to the Dahlia?" Rhys drawled as he followed Ezra to the lower level under the bar. He'd been asleep, as he often was late morning, a side effect of his bar tending duties. He was never all that enthusiastic about the jobs the guild passed his way, but thankfully completion was all that was really required.

"Not what, who," the thief corrected with a quick look over his shoulder before opening the door. Rhys could at least be thankful that Ezra wasn't one to waste time, always getting straight to the point.

The room was poorly lit, a single lantern cast wavering shadows as the light flickered , unnoticed by the dark figure. The tan man squinted as his eyes adjusted and focused on the back of a woman. He wasn't ashamed to admit, that his interest was suddenly piqued, as it often was when women were involved.

"Meet Whisp, she needs to see Nullos directly," Ezra explained as a way of greeting and turned to leave the room. "She'll need accommodations for the time being," he tacked on before heading back down the passage.

"Miss?" Rhys began, "would you like some light?"

"Is it lacking?" she said, more amused than he'd expected. She turned around, twirling a stick of leaves in her hand. "You shall guide me then?"

Rhys smirked, suddenly the need of a guide made far more sense.

I've been wanting to post Whisp for quite some time.. and she's gone through a couple incarnations but I finally have her how I like her... She's a permanent character in my thieves guild and the local botanist.
